About Me

Sarah is a mom of three girls and a Los Angeles native. She initially thought of going into breastfeeding support after difficulty nursing her first daughter. She was drawn to peer counseling through Breastfeeding USA so she could encourage and advise moms on a personal level.

After over 1000 clinical hours and further breastfeeding and health education, Sarah was able to sit for the IBCLC exam. Fun fact: Sarah had a nursing break during the exam, herself!

Sarah has worked with a variety of more common breastfeeding concerns, including low supply, difficulty latching, and returning to work. Sarah also has specific experience with aiding in nursing multiples, babies with allergies, and older toddlers/children.

Sarah is a graduate of Cornell University with a BSc in Human Development. She obtained her Lactation Education through a combination of Lactation Education Resources, GOLD Symposium, and Arizona WIC, amongst others.
